Refer to find train column and type journey’s start and end points.
Departures/Arrivals :
To know train running status, refer to arrival/departure column and enter station name. The train running status would appear
Train Time Table :
Rrefer to train time table column to know indian railways train status and type train number. The indian railways train status would appear
Passing By Train :
Refer to passing by train column; type city name, click search. Now drop station list column and select station
Diverted/Cancelled Running Train Status :
Refer to diverted/cancelled train status and select cancelled/diverted. When cancelled train is selected, list of cancelled trains appears; if passenger wants information regarding intermediate stations between the two points, click “click here to get the status of train at that station” and enter train number, train and station. For diverted ones, passenger can select diverted train status and select the train and start date from drop list.
Rules : Reservation: passenger can click reservation n ticketing under passenger information column after knowing running train status; indian rail webpage appears, now click internet reservation
Refund N Luggage : For luggage, click luggage rules under rules column and for refund, click refund rules
Pnr Enquiry : Click reservation enquiry; it opens indian railway pnr webpage
